Nathalia is a researcher at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and a PhD student at the University of Salzburg, Austria. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Trento, Italy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the State University of São Paulo, Brazil. Her research looks into the relationship between Agonism and Playfulness. She aims to explore how designers can use elements of playfulness to create agonistic spaces – spaces where power structures, issues of inequalities and subjugation can be made available for debate.
As one of the five doc.hci PhD students Nathalia works on the topic of Play.
